Our Purpose
The Spartan Legion Foundation is a non-profit, 501c(3) organization that was formed for the primary purpose of providing financial and nonfinancial support to the students and staff of the Spartan Legion. We seek to promote musical, academic and physical excellence among the band members and enhance the ability of the band to serve as a representative of Norfolk State University’s excellence.
